WHAT IS TGS MUSCLE CARS?
We are a family owned business that has sourced, imported and serviced classic cars for over fifteen years. We take pride in our workshop, as well as our dedicated team of expert mechanics. Our passion for classic cars is only matched by our passion for providing high quality service to the community.
TONY "GEE": THE MAN behind the muscle
The owner of TGS Muscle Cars since its inception is Tony "Gee", a mechanic with close to forty years of mechanical experience across all kinds of cars.
He got his start with an apprenticeship in upmarket Melbourne (Toorak, South Yarra, Malvern), where he was exposed to all kinds of cars. It wasn't long before he could work his way around Ford Mustangs, Chevrolet Camaros and Corvettes, Dodge Chargers and Challengers, Buicks and Cadillacs. Then, he was exposed to European models; Mercs, BMWs, Porsches and the very prestigious Bentley.
Sixteen years later, he left his bosses (on good terms, of course) and started his own successful RAWS accredited workshop in Malvern. With early success, came a relocation to Cheltenham, then, finally to Moorabbin, where he has continued to provide high quality mechanic services to the community and beyond for twenty years (and plans to continue for at least twenty more).
But, NO MAN IS AN ISLAND
Of course, Tony doesn't run this business on his own. His collaborators work tirelessly to help him maintain his high quality service.
There is nobody he is more grateful to than his wife of 30 years, Kathy. While she has always supported the business, she joined as a full time member in October 2016, where she brings 30 years of experience in the corporate world. While Tony brings his mechanical expertise, Kathy keeps the business' high standard of customer service and compliance with the same rigour that she did previously for companies that include American Express, STA Travel, Emirates Airlines, TOLL, Spotless, The Just Group and Mondelez (Cadbury).
In addition to Tony and Kathy, TGS Mucle Cars employs four additional mechanics that bring a wealth of experience with them, from basic services for classic and modern cars, to full builds and restorations. That's why, at TGS Muscle Cars, we guarantee high quality services with perfect customer service that will leave you satisfied.
